Şirketimizin 29.05.2025 tarihli Genel Kurul Toplantısında, Şirket'in 01.01.2025- 31.12.2025 dönemine ait finansal tablolarının ve faaliyetlerinin 6102 Sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu (TTK), 660 sayılı Kamu Gözetimi Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumunun (KGK) Teşkilat ve Görevleri Hakkında Kanun Hükmünde Kararname (KHK) ve Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı uyarınca bağımsız denetiminin yapılması için Reform Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş.'nin bağımsız denetim firması olarak atanmasına, karar verilmiştir.

Kamuya saygıyla duyurulur.

At the General Assembly Meeting of our Company held on 29 May 2025, it was resolved to appoint Reform Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. as the independent audit firm to conduct the independent audit of the Company's financial statements and operations for the period 01 January 2025 – 31 December 2025, in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, Decree Law No. 660 on the Organization and Duties of the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (KGK), and the Capital Markets Legislation.

It is announced to the public with respect.
