26 Mart 2025 tarihli Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantımızda onaylanan kararlar doğrultusunda, Şirketimizin 2025 yılı bağımsız denetiminin PwC BAĞIMSIZ DENETİM VE SERBEST MUHASEBECİ MALİ MÜŞAVİRLİK A.Ş tarafından yerine getirilmesi hususu İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından 7 Mayıs 2025 tarihinde tescil edilmiştir.

In line with the resolutions approved at our General Assembly Meeting dated March 26, 2025, the decision that PwC BAĞIMSIZ DENETİM VE SERBEST MUHASEBECİ MALİ MÜŞAVİRLİK A.Ş will carry out the independent audit of our company for 2025 was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on May 7, 2025.
