Taking into consideration the opinion of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has resolved to nominate Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. to audit our Company's financial statements for the 2026 fiscal year in accordance with the principles determined under the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and the Capital Markets Law No. 6362, and to carry out all other activities within the scope of the relevant regulations, including but not limited to the mandatory sustainability assurance audit of the reports to be prepared in accordance with the Türkiye Sustainability Reporting Standards published by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority("KGK"). The appointment will be submitted for the approval of the General Assembly.
