24 Mart 2026 tarihli Yönetim Kurulu Toplantısı'nda;

-Denetimden Sorumlu Komite'ye Ahmet Erol'un başkanlık etmesine, Nadir Eroğlu'nun üyeliğe seçilmesine,

-Kurumsal Yönetim Komitesi'ne Salim Can Karaşıklı'nın başkanlık etmesine, Zeliha Göker'in ve Cavit Ozan Sezer'in üyeliğe seçilmesine,

-Riskin Erken Saptanması Komitesi'ne Vahap Burak Saltoğlu'nun başkanlık etmesine ve Zeliha Göker'in ve Burak Coşkun'un üyeliğe seçilmesine

karar verilmiştir.

During the meeting of the Board of Directors conducted following the Shareholders‘ Ordinary General Assembly convened on 24 March 2026, it was resolved that the following Board Members be elected to the committees herein below constituted in our Board of Directors:

- Ahmet Erol became the Head of the Audit Committee and Nadir Eroğlu became the member of that committee;

- Salim Can Karaşıklı became the Head of the Corporate Governance Committee and Zeliha Göker and Cavit Ozan Sezer members of that committee; and

- Vahap Burak Saltoğlu became the Head of the Early Detection of Risk Committee and Zeliha Göker and Burak Coşkun members of that committee.
