a) We hereby declare that the consolidated financial statements for the period between January 1 and September 30, 2025, which have been prepared by our Company in accordance with the provisions of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué No. II-14.1 on "Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets" and within the framework of the International Accounting Standards / International Financial Reporting Standards issued by the International Accounting Standards Board, and which were approved by the Board of Directors' Resolution dated November 7, 2025 and numbered 22, as well as the accompanying activity report, have been reviewed by us.

b) To the best of our knowledge and within the scope of our duties and responsibilities within the Company, the consolidated financial statements and the activity report do not contain any untrue statements of material facts, nor do they omit any material fact which would make the statements misleading as of the date of disclosure.

c) To the best of our knowledge and within the scope of our duties and responsibilities within the Company, the consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with the applicable financial reporting standards fairly present, in all material respects, the Company's assets, liabilities, financial position, and profit or loss; and the activity report fairly reflects the development and performance of the business and the consolidated financial position of the Company, together with the significant risks and uncertainties it faces.
