The consolidated statement of financial position, income statement, statement of comprehensive income, statement of cash flows, and statement of changes in equity, together with the accompanying notes, for the accounting period 01.01.2026 – 30.06.2026 (the "Financial Statements"), prepared by our Company and subject to a limited independent audit by Karar Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş., have been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and the formats prescribed by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB), pursuant to the CMB's Communiqué No. II-14.1 on the Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets (the "Communiqué") and the Principle Decision dated 28.12.2023 regarding the application of inflation accounting, and the Interim Activity Report has been prepared in accordance with the CMB regulations.

In accordance with the CMB regulations, we hereby declare that:

• The Financial Statements have been reviewed by us;

• To the best of our knowledge and within the scope of our duties and responsibilities at our Company, the Financial Statements do not contain any material misstatement or omission that could render any disclosure misleading as of the date on which it was made;

• To the best of our knowledge and within the scope of our duties and responsibilities at our Company, the Financial Statements prepared in accordance with the Communiqué fairly present the

assets, liabilities, financial position, and profit or loss of the Company. We hereby submit the foregoing for your information and declare that we are responsible for the disclosures made herein.

Şirketimizce hazırlanan Karar Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. tarafından sınırlı bağımsız denetime tabi tutulan 01.01.2026 - 30.06.2026 hesap dönemine ait, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (SPK) II-14.1. sayılı Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği (Tebliğ) ve 28.12.2023 tarihli enflasyon muhasebesi uygulamasına ilişkin İlke Kararı uyarınca Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TFRS) ve SPK tarafından belirlenen formatlarla uyumlu olarak hazırlanan dipnotları ile birlikte konsolide olarak hazırlanan finansal durum tablosu, gelir tablosu, kapsamlı gelir tablosu, nakit akış tablosu ve özkaynak değişim tablosunun ("Finansal Tablolar") ve ara dönem Faaliyet Raporu'nun SPK düzenlemeleri doğrultusunda;

• Tarafımızca incelendiğini,

• Şirketimizdeki görev ve sorumluluk alanımızda sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, önemli konularda gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama veya açıklamanın yapıldığı tarih itibarıyla yanıltıcı olması sonucunu doğurabilecek herhangi bir eksiklik içermediğini,

• Şirketimizdeki görev ve sorumluluk alanımızda sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, Tebliğ uyarınca hazırlanmış finansal tabloların işletmenin aktifleri, pasifleri, finansal durumu ve kar ve zararı ile
