Çevre, Şehircilik ve İklim Değişikliği Bakanlığı Kentsel Dönüşüm Başkanlığı ile Şirketimiz arasında imzalanan protokol kapsamında, aşağıda belirtilen taşınmazların satın alımı tamamlanmıştır:

• İstanbul ili Pendik ilçesinde (Ada/Parsel: 0/1154) 2.093.940 m² yüzölçümlü taşınmazda 345.500 m² hisse,

• İstanbul ili Eyüpsultan ilçesinde (Ada/Parsel: 1044/147) 18.574 m² yüzölçümlü taşınmazda 9.434 m² hisse,

• İstanbul ili Kağıthane ilçesinde (Ada/Parsel: 0/132) 216 m²,

• Muğla ili Bodrum ilçesinde (Ada/Parsel: 161/93-94) 40.117 m².

Toplam 395.268 m² büyüklüğündeki taşınmazların alım bedeli 6.755.998.730 TL'dir (KDV hariç). Bedel, Başkanlık tarafından Şirketimize tevdi edilen kentsel dönüşüm uygulamaları kapsamında mahsup edilecek olup taşınmazlar için ayrıca nakit ödeme yapılmayacaktır.

Alım, Şirketimizin uzun vadeli büyüme stratejisi çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilmiş olup taşınmazlar Şirketimizin gayrimenkul portföyüne dâhil edilmiştir.

Kamuoyunun bilgisine saygıyla sunulur.

Within the scope of the protocol signed between the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Directorate of Urban Transformation, and our Company, the purchase of the real estate properties specified below has been completed:

• 345,500 m² share out of a total area of 2,093,940 m² located in Istanbul province, Pendik district (Block/Parcel: 0/1154),

• 9,434 m² share out of a total area of 18,574 m² located in Istanbul province, Eyüpsultan district (Block/Parcel: 1044/147),

• 216 m² located in Istanbul province, Kağıthane district (Block/Parcel: 0/132),

• 40,117 m² located in Muğla province, Bodrum district (Block/Parcel: 161/93-94).

The purchase price for these real estate properties, with a total size of 395,268 m², is 6,755,998,730 TL (excluding VAT). This amount will be set off against urban transformation applications entrusted to our Company by the Directorate, and no separate cash payment will be made for the real estate properties.

The purchase has been realized within the framework of our Company's long-term growth strategy, and the real estate properties have been included in our Company's real estate portfolio.

In accardance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail
