The financial statements and the activity report of Kiler Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., prepared as of 30 September 2026 in accordance with Turkish Accounting Standards / Turkish Financial Reporting Standards ("TAS/TFRS") issued by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority ("POA"), pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye's Communiqué on the Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets (II-14.1), are hereby acknowledged and declared as follows:

a) We have reviewed the financial statements and the activity report.

b) To the best of our knowledge, within the scope of our duties and responsibilities in the Company, the financial statements and the activity report do not contain any material misstatement or any omission that could render the disclosures misleading as of the date on which they were made.

c) To the best of our knowledge, within the scope of our duties and responsibilities in the Company, the financial statements, prepared in accordance with the applicable financial reporting standards, fairly present the Company's assets, liabilities, financial position, and profit or loss, and the activity report fairly presents the development and performance of the business and the Company's financial position, together with the significant risks and uncertainties it faces.
