With the decision of our Company's Board of Directors, the selection of Eren Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. (Grant Thornton) as the independent audit firm, in accordance with the principles set out in the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and Capital Markets Law No. 6362, to audit the financial reports of our Company and to carry out other activities within the scope of the relevant regulations in these laws and to carry out the assurance audit of the sustainability reports for the fiscal year 2026, with the recommendations of the Audit Committee, was submitted to the approval of the shareholders and unanimously approved at the Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on 08.05.2026 and registered by the Bandırma Trade Registry Office on 18.05.2026.
