The amendment to Article 10 of our Company's Articles of Association was approved by our shareholders at the 2025 Annual General Meeting held on Monday, March 30th, 2026; it was registered on April 9th, 2026, and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette, Issue No. 11560, dated April 9th, 2026, on pages 428 and 429. Our current Articles of Association, including the latest amendments, are attached hereto.
