A consolidated materiality analysis covering the Group companies was carried out. Following these efforts, the reviewed risks and opportunities as well as the decarbonization targets were disclosed to the public in the 2024 Sustainability Report. ESG-related risks are regularly monitored by the Committee for the Early Identification of Risks within the scope of the Corporate Risk Management activities. The Board of Directors plays an active role in setting the sustainability strategy, establishing related policies and targets, allocating the necessary resources, and integrating climate change–related risks and opportunities into the Company’s overall strategy. The Board of Directors has delegated the responsibility for oversight and guidance regarding the development, implementation and monitoring of the sustainability strategy to the Sustainability Committee. The Committee is chaired by the Group Companies President.
