Dorad Energy Ltd. ("Dorad") sermayesinin %25'ine karşılık gelen payların satışının 22.07.2025 tarihinde tamamlandığı daha önce kamuya açıklanmıştı. Söz konusu işlem kapsamında, vergiye ilişkin düzeltmeler sonrası nihai satış bedeli kesinleşmiştir. Emanet hesapta tutulan 120.786.098 Yeni İsrail Şekeli (NIS) tutarındaki bakiyeden, vergi yükümlülükleri için ayrılan tutarın mahsup edilmesi sonucunda kalan 85.786.098 NIS tutarındaki net bedel, 26.05.2026 tarihinde Şirketimiz hesaplarına intikal etmiştir.

Bu tahsilatla birlikte, satış işleminden kaynaklı alacağımızın tamamı tahsil edilerek süreç tamamlanmıştır.

It was previously disclosed to the public that the sale of shares representing 25% of the share capital of Dorad Energy Ltd. ("Dorad") was completed on July 22, 2025. Within the scope of the transaction, the final purchase price has been finalized following tax-related adjustments. Out of the balance of New Israeli Shekels ("NIS") 120,786,098 held in the escrow account, the net amount of NIS 85,786,098 remaining after deduction of the amount reserved for tax liabilities was transferred to the Company's accounts on May 26, 2026.

With this collection, the entire receivable arising from the share sale transaction has been collected and the process has been completed.
