In the period of 1 January – 30 June 2026, the sale of 2,598 independent units with a total gross area of 353,861 sqm was realized in the projects developed by our Company, and a total presale revenue of 45,171,163,736 TL (excluding VAT) was generated from these independent units.

In the same period, 25 land plots with a total area of 464,130 sqm were sold for 5,524,077,631 TL (excluding VAT). Accordingly, the total sales revenue generated from independent unit and land sales amounts to  50,695,241,367 TL.

In addition, of the aforementioned independent unit sales, 42 units amounting to 624,208,357 TL (excluding VAT) were sold to foreign nationals.

Our Company continues its efforts to achieve the 2026 targets that were announced to the public through our material event disclosure dated 13.01.2026.

Since real estate sales transactions are dynamic in nature, partial changes may occur in the figures to be reflected in the final financial statements compared to the presale data stated above, due to buyers exercising their right of withdrawal or rescission from the contract, or due to termination processes initiated by the seller in accordance with the contractual provisions. This is submitted for the information of our investors and the public.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of the disclosure, the Turkish language version published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
